I am glad I am out of the balloon payment. It was not due for 3 years but who knows what the interest rates will be then., and I am sure the seller is glad to get paid in full even though it was a great deal for her to get the interest. It was a pleasure to work with you and Mellissa . I think we set a record for closing an FHA loan in such a short time.

Selling home while purchasing another

Mark, I'm writing to tell you once again how much I appreciate all the help and guidance you gave us while we were purchasing our home. From the first phone conversation, through all the correspondence between me, the processing department and the finance company, you were there every step of the way, explaining what was needed and why.

We were selling our home while trying to purchase another at the same time. Needless to say there was a lot going on with both. (We were trying to schedule the buying and selling closings the same day!) You made sure we were on top of everything! We were actually ready for closing on the "buying" end a week early! And a great deal of that was because of you and the assistance you gave.

We are so thankful our realtor suggested we give you a call. The total savings you found for us was about five thousand dollars! That money was certainly needed for the extra's while moving!
